TwitchRandom grabs a random slogan from the slogans.json file for the header on page loads and when the main stream is changed.

We need more slogans for the list! Feel free to add a few and send in a PR!

Anything gaming, twitch, and even pop culture related will fit in just fine. Controversial or edgy stuff will be ignored.

Added requirement: they should be under 30 characters or so so that they aren't super long on the header. Here's an example of what it looks like on the site:
