Investigate GPS/Radio Reliability

Before the initial flight, GPS/Radio reliability needs to be thoroughly tested. It needs to be tested to the point of being able to unplug the physical hardware and plug it back in with recovery working. Frequency switching also needs to be tested well.

With the SAM-M8Q, resetting the sensor via software/I2C command is another option that should be investigated.
