Time format includes seconds when military is set to true

Hi,

I think I discovered a bug (or feature ;) ).

when the configuration option 'military' is set to true and I click on an hour div, the time value gets formatted as hh:mm:ss. For example, when i click on the hour div '06:00', the time field will show '06:00:00'. When on the other hand i click on the minute div ('06:00'), the time string gets rendered correctly without seconds.

I think this can easily be solved with a small change in the hourdiv_click function.
