Fresh installs of this script seem to run into this issue coreybutler/nvm-windows#1068

This SetScript is what's triggering it: https://github.com/joshuayoes/ReactNativeWindowsSandbox/blob/main/ReactNativeWindows.dsc.yaml#L57

What is strange is that & nvm install lts; & nvm use lts seems to work when I run it manually in a powershell prompt.
