[heatmap_maker.py] Need to flip images and coordinates

We do need to have a dataset of only left hands, or only right hand. Thus we need to flip the resized images according to the type of hand chosen with an argument when we call the script. Also coordinates need to be flipped, so that the heatmaps are coerernt with the resized flipped image.
