[Suggestion] TCon Modifers

Ex Astris added modiferes for Tinker's Construct, I'd like to suggest these be added.

In particular the modifiers were
Hammered - makes the tool act like an Ex Nihilo hammer, by using a Diamond Hammer as a modifier.
Crooked - makes the tool act like an Ex Nihilo crook, by using a Bone Crook as a modifier.

hammers would be useable on tcon picks, hammers, shovels, and excavators. crooked on matlocks, hatchets, scythes and lumber axes
