[Rotation] Warlock-Demonology

Rotation seems outdated, some point's I'm missing:

• complete i18n...has been done for some spells...seems rather messy
• CotE Blacklist - see CotE for all warlock profiles #281
• static spell table

made a new but the dps increase were not soo much compared to the old one, don't know if it was my gear with terrible trinkets or the rotation.
