Heroku app is offline

Hiya, this matrix of available services says yours is healthy, but it looks like it's offline.

Also please note that the project is the thing that is healthy, it's updated regularly and alive and you can host it yourself. The heroku server is free and only for demo purposes. Sometimes the demo server is being too busy because is not a paid service.

It would be great to add Deploy to Heroku button to reduce demo load as anyone could make his own server with just some clicks
