Add visual highlights to indicate which line of players is currently being controlled

Once multiple lines of players are supported for each team, there needs to be some visual indicator to clearly show which line is currently being controlled for each side.

This could simply be some vertical lines around the line of players, but it could also utilize more advanced effects.
