Allow public to select bracket to display

Instead of displaying the default display, consider allowing the public, check-in people, etc. to select the bracket to display. That or figure out a way to update the displayed bracket automatically. Currently these clients don't get the message to update the displayed bracket because they aren't associated with a display controlled by the remote display control.
