Sanitizing links before they get saved to state

Hi, this library is great. Much easier to use and more straight forward than the others.

I have a request to add "http(s)://" in front of links. Many people get confused that their links take them to the wrong page. I have some logic that I want to add. I read through the source code a bit, and I don't think react-draft-wysiwyg has an option like this for links. I can submit a PR, I see where I could add this.

Is this something you would accept? Otherwise I may need to fork that component.

Yep the PR helps this issue, hopefully soon fix will be there.
