调用init方法后多次hot restart会导致程序卡死 #82

Flutter (Channel stable, v1.9.1+hotfix.6, on Mac OS X 10.15.1 19B88, locale zh-Hans-CN)

自己的项目发现了这个问题，第一次hot restart可以，第二次界面没反应，第三次控制台没反应
下载了example，运行发现也是三次卡死
如果注释掉了init方法就不会有这个问题，只在ios模拟器上测试了

只要重复调用 ，就会卡死
