本插件发送对方信息后，对方信息接收到，但是通知栏没提示，是否为正常现象，本人用的是最新的极光推送插件和最新jmessage-phonegap-plugin，jmessage-phonegap-plugin接收信息后，通知栏不提示推送吗？控制台管理员发送信息，手机这边状态栏是有通知的
