How did you create sqlite file from sql?
Also I don't wanted to make an issue but couldn't find you email anywhere.

It was manually created in Python after reverse engineering the entity relationships from MSSQL. Northwind.Sqlite3.create.sql contains all the necessary code to create and populate the DB.
