This should be changed in jquery.mobile-1.4.0.min.js because it is giving me a lot of problem to pass tests in a firefox add-on validators because the use of that term is already deprecated and gives an error!! And if that line is deleted then the md5 doesn't match and the validators of the add-on doesn't recognize the file as official. Please change that line because it is a deprecated expression.

The file from http://code.jquery.com/mobile/1.4.0/jquery.mobile-1.4.0.min.js (at the end of line). Should be changed to //#......
