No dist folder in npm package anymore

Hello,

The 1.4.5 npm package contains a dist folder with built JS and CSS files but the 1.5.0-alpha.1 package does not so it can't be used out of the box.

Would it be possible to either:

• Add the built files in the package
• Add a postintall script to package.json that builds the file

I got the same problem while installing with bower in Visual Stuido 2017 for Asp.net core mvc project.
