A number of w3c tests have been added, removed and updated. Unfortunately this turned a number of our functional tests stale.
This commit removes the stale ones.

rm -fr tests/w3c.)Edit:
For me this resulted in 5/50 tests no longer passing: three PointerEvent property changes (see #323), one change in a tests case's steps and one change in behaviour for pointer capture.
