Selectmenu: dividerTheme option does nothing

According to http://api.jquerymobile.com/selectmenu/#option-dividerTheme :

Sets the color scheme (swatch) for the listview dividers that represent the optgroup headers. It accepts a single letter from a-z that maps to the swatches included in your theme.

In fact, this option does not appear to do anything, or does not work. See:

Expected result: The option group headers in the pop-up menu take on the "b" swatch (white on black).

Actual result: The option group headers swatch is "a" (unchanged).

@globalmatt sorry about this taking so long but i can confirm this issue still with latest code.
