Left sidebar is not mobile friendly, needs to be displayed after main content not before #17

This was on my mental list of bugs, which is a good reason to not keep a mental list of bugs but instead use an issue tracker like this.

If I would've remembered this, I wouldn't have made the first beta release with this issue still present.]

It's not a hard issue to fix, but the problem is that left sidebars (the default) appear first on mobile before the main content. The left sidebar needs to be like the right sidebar in that on mobile you see the header, then the main content, then the sidebar, then the footer.

I thought this would be a quick and easy fix but it's already eaten a couple hours of my time :(

It was quick and easy. I was overthinking it. Fixed in 0.9.112.
