This PR removes a check that
Jobexecutable paths must exist when aJobis being built. Having this check doesn't allow for interactive jobs and situations where the executable is being transferred to the execute node.If there's a problem with the executable provided, then an error message will be recorded in the corresponding
Joberror / log files.
