比如 xray 生成了一个 30209的端口的配置，脚本临时开启端口，生成以后就可以用了，然后重启电脑就用不了了，此时手动开端口

firewall-cmd --zone=public --add-port=30209/tcp --permanent
firewall-cmd --reload
firewall-cmd --list-ports // 确认开放成功

但是依然用不了，必须要关闭防火墙才能用
