Implement proper push-pull functionality of the UFC Channel Select Encoders.

Requirements

6mm D-Shaft
Shaft-less rotary encoder (12PPR with detents)
Microswitch (to detect if knob is pulled or not)
Detents (to lock shaft in FWD/AFT position and provide resistance.)
Do not modify ability to use current encoders (with push switch) (so this becomes a drop in upgrade.)
Evaluate if UFC Main Board mod is required, or offer secondary daughter board for them to minimize rework.
