Option to Default to English Typing Mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ALT-SPACE to change to English Typing Mode
2. Switch to another app
3. LIME default to Mixed Typing Mode again

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm using LIME as the sole input method because it provides a faster way to 
switch between English and Chinese/Mixed input (ALT-SPACE).

However, I would prefer that there is an option to default to English Typing 
Mode, or remember the Typing Mode last used, even in different apps.
