ADDING KEYPOINTS FAILS EVERYTIME!!!!!!!!! #607

Hi,

Can you explain how to reproduce your problem ?
Can you report error you encounter ?
Do you use official coco-annotator ?

Playing with Keypoints on official coco-annotator, I can get :
TypeError: this.currentAnnotation is null
onKeypointsComplete Annotator.vue:652

Problem seem's to happen only when all defined keypoints has been created.
Otherwise keypoints handling seem's to be stable.

Maybe this could be fixed using something like nextTick() vue function near error line, but I'm not sure.
