[mobile] Scrolling up has conflicting actions

If you join a long thread from the bottom and scroll up, the app will start loading older comments. Scrolling up again will refresh the page, sending you back to the bottom of the thread.

This is very annoying if you're scrolling up to see the original post because you will inevitably cause the page to refresh.

I found you can avoid this by pressing on the post title that will send you to the top of the thread.

This should still be fixed by making the page refresh when you're at the bottom of the thread and scroll down instead of up.
