When the cursor is over the chat box, or there is an indication that the cursor is off screen, it should disappear. Also when the tab is not visible or the cursor has not been moved for a while, it should be hidden.

This depends in part on #55. When a person is off-page the cursor now disappears.

does this relate to removing cursors on the page when the other users are not on that same page with you?

Off-page cursors are already fixed.

Actually disappearing on page change is done. Followup issue for client disconnect
