Let the user specify the direction of the rule

Once this is done, we can implement these rules:

columns-containing-dates-should-end-in-at
columns-containing-bools-should-start-with-is-or-has
columns-containing-object-ids-should-end-in-id
columns-containing-string-ids-should-end-in-id
