I imagine that starts with "get a mac", followed shortly by "learn how to build things with xcode", neither of which I'm likely to do in the near future. If you want to take a stab at it, and end up identifying some modest changes that are needed to json-c to get it to work, feel free to report them, but this issue is far to vague to act on.
