Periodic backup

extension jsreport-backup would enable periodic backup of the templates, scripts... The user should be also able to list backups and restore / download the particular one

The backup options would be

• period in hours
• retention in days before the backup is deleted
• provider for blob storage
  • file (path to directory)
  • s3, azure, drop box....

If you guys decide to do this one, can you please include a filter option as well. We have lots of reports but also store sample data for validation. This data can be large and doesn't make sense for us to backup.
