Studio auto run

Another studio's run button context item could be option "Autorefresh".
I often just fiddle with some HTML and don't want to always hit F8.
It could just run debounced on every change.
This behavior would be cancelable with escape lets say and also again from run context.

Should be probably optionable in config (true by default), disabled for the start in jsreportonline until we see some results.
