Localization with parameters doesn't work

The function $.t() doesn't take into account the parameters passed with the locale key.

For example, in this example : $.t('New_message_from', 'Foo'), 'Foo' won't be treated by the localization function and "New message from _name_" will be displayed instead of "New message from Foo".
