Is foreground skin still maintained?

The Foreground skin works up to 1.37 but requires #397 to be usable. I was curious if this repo is still being maintained and if not you'd be open to archiving this repo and volunteers maintaining a fork.

Please let me know! It would be a shame to lose this popular skin!

Would hosting it on Wikimedia's gerrit be ok or should we keep it on github?

Hosting on Wikimedia Gerrit would be ideal, but Wikimedia github would also work!

@Hutchy68 rrached out to me on this and I m fine archiving it and actually think it is cool if this will move into a more maintained status. This skin got its start years ago from @garrickvanburen and @Hutchy68 has done all the recent maintaining. It is cool to see that it is still getting used!
