Background doesn't change when using resourcepack to replace "options_background.png"

Expected behavior: The background texture of the old menu added by this mod should respect the change of "options_background.png" texture from resourcepacks. For example, if I were to change the texture of "options_background.png" to that of Blackstone, then this menu should change as well.
