Add support for AWS Security Token Service

I would like to request support for the AWS Security Token Service. For security purposes, it would be useful to run StarCluster with temporary credentials generated in this way.

StarCluster does not currently support authentication with credentials other than the standard access and secret keys, but it could create boto connections with an additional optional argument (the session token) if it is given in the config file.
