Feature request: togglable caps-word

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Typing Jira ids with caps-word is a bit of a drag as they are in form of PROJ-5566 so the - ends up being shifted to _.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I'd like to be able to toggle caps-word instead of using a timeout to turn it off. My ideal workflow is being able to turn it off by tapping the same button I use to turn it on while keeping the timeout and the non active key list ways to toggle it off.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Space then backspace dance.

You can also use the custom variant to avoid caps-ing -.

Yes I'm aware of that but I was thinking that a togglable caps-word would be useful in other circumstances such as passwords. I'd probably use it to replace my shift HRMs too tbh as I misfire a lot with the shift key.
