This is pretty easily noticed when typing rapidly.

I haven't noticed this ever while typing in github so far. Seems like there could be some particular types of bloat that are worse than others.

Nevermind I reproduced it in Github. I think the issue was introduced in 0.1.4 with lock contention for mapped keys.
