Hard to reproduce issue where Alt is sometimes stuck on until re-pressed

I haven't found a way to consistently reproduce this, but I have noticed it a few times. It also doesn't seem to happen when kanata has been running for a while, so it may be related to startup (#4).

I realized I have Synergy running on my devices. It might be related to this problem and #4. Synergy and kanata may be interacting in strange ways causing these hard to reproduce bugs because I'm guessing Synergy uses similar keyboard hooks to intercept keys and instead send them to a different device over the network.
