Enabling compatibility with Windows

We are currently using this library to interface Labview with CouchDB and unfortunately require updates to use Windows. I am currently working on this at:

I have a working copy that doesn't yet include changes feeds since supporting changes feeds requires dealing with threads. I'll hopefully have something in the next two weeks with changes feeds supported.
