main site seems to be down? Is that JUCMNAV kaput?

Getting the following:
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /foswiki/ProjetSEG.

Reason: DNS lookup failure for: cserg2.site.uottawa.ca

Apache/2.0.53 (Fedora) Server at jucmnav.softwareengineering.ca Port 80
