We need provenance information

Our current provenance system is not flexible enough anymore. Probably this needs Pubby development, the idea would be that we list all named graphs that contribute to data on a page and with a click on the graph you get provenance information for the graph.
Ideally, there is also a possibility to get triples about a resource from a single graph only, so that it can be checked, where single triples come from. But this is probably even more effort.

This needs to be discussed with the JVMG team, we need requirements from both projects and then we can develop a plan.
