Definitions

'the services' collectively includes the https://fbot.breadhub.uk website (the "website") and the Discord bot ("FBot") 'the devs' refers to the owners and operators (also "us", "we", "developers", or "our")

Types of Data Collected

We store the following user data: Server centric data, this includes but is not limited to:

  • Server 'meta' information. (Name, icon, ID, etc)
  • Channel 'meta' information. (Name, ID, etc)
  • Server based bot configuration. (Modules enabled/disabled, various vital configuration settings, etc)
  • User centric data, this includes but is not limited to:
    • User 'meta' information. (Username, discriminator, profile picture, ID, etc)
    • User based bot configuration.
    • Users which subscribe to our Patreon account can also have their data collected by Patreon, which can collect their billing information, as such, you can view Patreon's policies here.
    • Users can also vote for FBot on external bot listing sites which each have their own privacy policies
    • In addition, users can opt into anonymously allowing their messages to be stored for the development of machine learning projects relating and operating in conjunction with the services.

Disclosure Of Data

We care about your data. We will not give your user information to anyone outside of our organisation, other than in the belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation.
  • Protect and/or defend the rights or property of the services.
  • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the services.
  • Protect the personal safety of users of the services or the public.
  • Protect against legal liability.

Do note, this is not an exhaustive list, it is at our discretion to disclose data, however we will inform user(s) when and where we can.

Requesting Data Deletion

To request your user data deletion, please please join our support Discord server and directly message a developer to request data deletion. We may blacklist users who request data deletion to prevent their data from being stored again. If you are not blacklisted, you can request data deletion once every 30 days.

Requesting Your Data

To request a collection of your user data stored in our database, please please join our support Discord server and directly message a developer. You can request your data once every 30 days, and it can take up to a month to collect your data.
