Book won't publish to Quarto Pub

Started when I removed _book/. Says rmarkdown not available.

Got another error even with renv, see log

It seems to be because the current GHA is generic, not specific to knitr.

Replace publish.yml with publish.yml for knitr

I'm re-reading the instructions to publish with GHA

Try freezing computations first.

If that works, then can try executing the code.

quarto publish quarto-pub command in the terminal currently works to publish locally rendered content.
