Versions: 1.0 First Implementation of Score Visualizer
Score Visualizer is an R-Package produced to generate a visual output of the scoring of multiple sequence alignments. Score Visualizer will generate graphs above and below the muliple sequence alignments the user inputs which inidicates the level of the sum-of-pairs score and as well the total column score. Score Visualizer uses the Biostrings package as well as the AlignStat package in order to function.
This package follows the structure and process suggested by Hadley Wickham in:

Build and Reload Package: 'Cmd + Shift + B'
Update Documentation: 'Cmd + Shift + D' or devtools::document()
Check Package: 'Cmd + Shift + E'
