Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Add functionality for remaining Going to Camp / Camis provider self-hosted sites.
Michigan State Parks (MIDNRReservations.com) already added through this pull request: #176

I'll take this one on soon. I was hoping to get these added before Going To Camp support was merged in 0.8.0, but decided to address them post-merge.

Michigan state parks specifically will require some extra work here. They present a captcha when the presented user agent is not current and/or javascript is not enabled.

We'll investigate a solution to this problem in #178

I will however be able to add several parks in canada before #178 is addressed.
