The account used (replaced by XXXXXXX) to deploy has full admin but upon running I'm getting this error:

User: arn:aws:sts::XXXXXXXXXX:assumed-role/bitbucket2sns-dev-eu-west-1-lambdaRole/bitbucket2sns-dev-webhook is not authorized to perform: SNS:CreateTopic on resource: arn:aws:sns:eu-west-1:XXXXXXXXXX:bitbucket-sns",
