403 forbidden

Hello,
mine elgg 1.11.x
i have installed chat,pusher,live chat plugin
so now i have getting 403 file not found error as per screen shot.
already try using flush cache but not success.
also from backed running php -f pusher-server.php also
So can u please help me to how can i fixed that ?

Difficult to say why it fails, but I do not think it is caused by the pusher plugin.
