Include ScoreBoard link on main page

Currently you have to know that /balancer/score-board will show the current scores. Unless there is a reason for hiding that information, it would be helpful to have a link to the ScoreBoard on the main page:

Not sure where it would fit, though. If all else fails in the footer, I guess, but it might also warrant some introductory text.
