I need to go through the cops and configure them the way I want them. And then I need to make sure I have no violations, and an empty rubocop todo file.

Once this is done it will be time to consider releasing the gem.

I made a "first pass" through this task. I did not address all violations because it started to be a time sink.

I will make this an ongoing task.
