As per https://bugs.launchpad.net/juju/+bug/1738030, see comment # 6, our online docs need to have a clearer and more prescriptive explanation that would highlight differences between using --constraints and --bootstrap-constraints. Our users will especially be interested in implication of using one vs the other.

I see. The controller-creating page is fine but the general constraints page is not (it has not been updated to reflect the "newer" bootstrap-constraints option).
