I see here [https://developer.apple.com/documentation/accelerate/1642537-bnnsfiltercreateconvolutionlayer?language=objc#declarations]
that Accelerate includes some Convolution instructions for neural networks:

BNNSFilterCreateConvolutionLayer

They don't seem to be in AppeAccelerate at the moment. Any plans to include them?

PRs wrapping capabilities for neural networks as well as neural engine would be welcome.
